Dr. Haley Potts routinely performs psychological evaluations for state and federal courts. She has a particular focus in evaluating competency to proceed/competency to stand trial, mental state at the time of the alleged offense(s)/the insanity defense, and mitigating issues for sentencing. For indigent defendants with judicial approval, she accepts payment from the Tennessee Administrative Office of Courts (AOC), Alabama Office of Indigent Defense Services, and Federal Public Defenders/CJA panel attorneys.
